This caregiver's tracking sheet allows you to log a lot of information so you know the person you care for is being taken care of to your standards and their needs. This printable page tracks a more detailed list, including : bathroom times, hygiene, food and drink, nap times, mood and pain levels, medication tracker and activities. There is an extended section to check off basic household duties, and tracking/communicating what supplies are running low or any additional notes. I have provided 4 different colors for respite care needs when care is needed over an extended period of time.
